THE BASIC WORKOUT SCHEDULE
FOR ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS

We tailor each program individually for each guest.
Listed below are the basics of our exercise program.

8:45 AM Morning hike -1 hour
9:45 AM Group ABS class -7 minutes
10:00 AM Group weight training class
Each client to schedule Personal Weight Training sessions - 30 minutes or 1 hour
3:00 PM Yoga 1 hour
4:00 PM TRX Boot Camp Individual Training
5:00 PM Afternoon hike -1 hour
Weekly 12 mile hike - 4-5 hours (only for hearty participants)
Other Daily colonic for those who choose to do so*

*Colonics using a colemea board are optional included in program cost. If this procedure is not for you, no worries. Your participation depends on your personal comfort zone. This schedule is subject to change.

Our programs can be very aggressive while you're at camp. Our focus is helping you get results. We'll send you home with a modified program that you can maintain. But while you're here, we are going to encourage you to make the most of your time so that you can show a return on your fitness vacation investment! Our trainers realize that everyone has a different fitness threshold, so we will push you only as far as you can go. Many people can not do the physical side of this program upon arrival. We will help you achieve more than you can imagine!

We'll get you started, so when you get home you can keep up your fitness levels with a time commitment of 30 minutes per day five days a week. If you think the schedule listed here is too much for you think again....We will work with you at whatever level you are at help you reach your fit

Hiking

We start out every day with a morning hike on the picturesque country roads and trails in southern Indiana. The hills can be very challenging! Don't forget a change of tennis shoes and boots.

Abs Class

We do a targeted ab routine daily. Who doesn't want to leave camp with six-pack abs?

Yoga

Yoga
Our daily Yoga Practice will give you the opportunity to rest your mind and body and regenerate from the morning exercise routine.

Personal Training

Personal Training
We offer group personal training sessions at no additional charge or you can schedule one-on-one personal training sessions for 30 minutes or one hour at low rates.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp
Owner Dave's photo here...You're sure to leave with a better "booty" after attending our boot camp. Our indoor class segment may include team work, an obstacle course, and partner assisted exercises. Our outdoor classes include jogging, running, or sprinting. Boot Camp Style programs can be personalized to your needs or individual fitness levels.

TRX Training

TRX Suspension Training builds total body strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for people of all fitness levels. TRX Suspension Training is a total-body, cutting-edge training program that will take your fitness performance to the next level.

Weight Training

Weight Training
Our 2 on-site gyms have floor space for yoga and abdominal workouts with a library of fitness videos to use 24/7. We have cable weights and free weights to condition every body part and cardio equipment. There are 5 punching bags and a martial arts area with a 16 x 40 foot padded mat.

Pole Fitness Session

Pole Fitness Session
Tone your body, increase your self-confidence, lose weight. Gain an overall sense of empowerment by dabbling in another exercise craze that will make you love to work out. Classes are fun and exhilarating! We will help you step by step! Women of all shapes, sizes, and ages will enjoy a hotter body and mind!

After your exercise, relax with a massage or Reikki touch therapy session.
